Shopping for band-saws can be a slippery slope .. upgrade. This machine is totally awesome .. two, countem Two T-slots. Two speeds w/o using a wrench .. is Jet even paying attention? Fit and finish is a 10, and will pull an 1 1/4" 2-3 resaw blade. Should get an academy award, for the Least # of assembly parts.Caveats .. she comes packed extremely well, but, not strapped to a standard sized pallet, so provide strap or rope to secure to forklift .. just for safety and peace of mind. The table is an assembly item, and is dang heavy and a bit awkward to get the 4 bolts going .. an extra set of hands is highly recommended. Fence rails and a couple of handwheels .. done!Shipper rounded up to 500# gross .. specs say 389# .. this machine is heavy.
